I love veggie subs and veggie wraps. Sometimes it is easy to forget how good healthy food can be too.
Healthy in moderation. If I ate the whole thing (ie, 2x the picture) that wouldn't have been healthy. Too much for my wittle tummy!!

Thank you so much for posting this. I've been wanting a sandwich type lunch but am so tired of turkey/chicken, etc. I will definitely be checking it out!
There's really no protein in it, but if you've had enough protein during the day (greek yogurt!) this is a really light alternative.
