Choices

While falafel, pizza or a hamburger are all soooo yummy... so is this:


Moby Dick's Veggie Delight:  Avocado, provolone, mushroom, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, spinach and yogurt on fresh house bread. 

And this is only HALF of the sandwich.  The other half has already been wrapped up for dinner.

  1. I love veggie subs and veggie wraps. Sometimes it is easy to forget how good healthy food can be too.

  2. Healthy in moderation. If I ate the whole thing (ie, 2x the picture) that wouldn't have been healthy. Too much for my wittle tummy!!

  5. There's really no protein in it, but if you've had enough protein during the day (greek yogurt!) this is a really light alternative.
